Our 360° hotel hygiene concept

For your protection and ours, we are pursuing a sustainable hygiene concept and are guided by the regular adjustments to statutory and local requirements. We have defined the following in-house standards so that you can feel comfortable at all times:
  • Minimum distance of 1.5m
  • Wear a suitable mouth and nose protector
  • regular hand washing and hand disinfection
  • Compliance with sneezing and coughing etiquette
  • regular cleaning and disinfection of surfaces in public areas
  • regular airing of the public areas
  • Distance markings and separations by protective panes, e.g. at the reception
  • Compliance with legal regulations and regular adjustment of our measures
You have the option of using our Ariane booking machine to check in and out yourself at any time without contact. In order to comply with all necessary requirements, required evidence can be provided by email in advance. You are also welcome to indicate that you do not want us to enter or clean your room during your stay.
We have installed protective screens for your protection and that of our employees. This greatly reduces infection via droplet infection. All keys, pens or EC terminal are freshly disinfected by us after each use.
Our employees fully comply with our strict guidelines. Of course we will continue to serve you with charm and a Smile – even if you can only see it in the eyes behind the mask.
